While our principal focus is on the formulation of premium quality feed products that are ready made to suit individual farmers requirements, sometimes this also involves the supply of straight feed ingredients to farmers for use in home mixing or to balance other feedstuffs and forages on a given farm.
Products like crimped maize or rolled barley can be delivered from our mill the same as finished feed whereas the most efficient way of delivering imported ingredients is to collect the material from the port and take it directly to the farm and sometimes we will tip half the load in our mill before or after the remainder is delivered to the farm. These deliveries can be simply tipped into open sheds or blown into bins if required. Smaller lots can also be collected in minibulk if required.
The most common products sold straight to farm are soyabean meal and soya hulls and we sold substantial quantities of Palm Kernal during the drought in the summer of 2018.
